Improving engagement – one story at a time  

Internally and externally, Envera Health wanted to drive innovation from a foundation of authentic connections and shared values. To grow as a company, they needed concrete ideas and tools to enhance their services.

Share More Stories started by engaging Envera Health’s employees, many of whom work in the consumer engagement center to handle scheduling requests and provide patient follow-up services. Storytelling workshops helped employees share their experiences with patients navigating the healthcare system. As a result, employees were able to develop closer connections with their colleagues and were able to articulate their shared purpose.

A second session, held with Envera executives, health system clients, and thought leaders, revealed additional “truths” about overall healthcare today and what the future could hold.

Internal and external relationships were deepened and actionable ideas for service enhancements were identified. A new tool, the Truth Report, allows tracking of the patient experience evolution, serving as a platform for further engagement with current and prospective Envera Health customers.
