ColonialWebb, a major regional contractor, partnered with JMI to develop a supplier diversity program. With a customer base ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, ColonialWebb recognized a need for a robust and comprehensive supplier diversity program. This encompassed its construction, building services, industrial refrigeration and manufacturing divisions. JMI collaborated with ColonialWebb’s senior leadership to increase the supplier base, providing diversity and inclusion directives to enhance proposal submissions.
